    Pop the potatoes on to boil for the mash

    Mix beef mince, finely diced onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together and roll into 8 balls, oven bake or air fry for 15 minutes

    Drain and mash the potatoes with milk, butter, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Fill each yorkshire pudding with a meatball and top with mash, I used a ice-cream scoop to make things easier

  5. 5

    Bake again till the tops are golden and the yorkies crispy
