Jerk Chicken Flatbreads with Mango Salsa

We’re taking a trip to Jamaica with these flavour packed flatbreads

    Marinate the chicken in jerk seasoning and oil for one hour then air fry on 190 for 15-17 minutes

    Combine the mango, red onion, cucumber, red pepper, tomatoes, coriander, lime juice, and a pinch of salt together for the salsa

    Gently warm through the flatbreads and top with jerk bbq sauce, salsa, sliced chicken and dollops of yoghurt
