    Slice a big chicken breast in half, pat dry then dip in flour, dust off, dip in egg and then panko breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds, air fry on 180 for 15-20 minutes

    Fry off sliced onions and pepper in a little oil

  3. 3

    Boil the noodles in 100ml less water than recommended (otherwise they’re too wet) once cooked combine with veggies and soy sauce

  4. 4

    Pop the noodles on a plate and top with the crispy chicken and spring onions
