The simplest and most delicious pasta I’ve ever made! It’s ready in 15 minutes and it’s packed full of cancer fighting anti-inflammatory nutrients from the kale (cavolo nero) + spinach along with the garlic & walnuts!

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    Sauté garlic, kale, and spinach in olive oil.

  3. 3

    Add lemon zest and juice, nutritional yeast, and walnuts.

    Combine cooked pasta and sauce.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Notes

Can be served with vegan parm, shaved parm, or burrata.
