Sausage, Silverbeet, Pecorino & Chilli Pizza
Welcome back to Slice & Swirl, where I share 3 of my favourite pizza toppings on @toscano_authentic’s hand-crafted, stone-baked pizza bases from Italy. This one is a favourite! Made on Toscano’s Classic Pizza Base and paired with a vibrant Sangiovese—perfect for a Friday night in.

Preheat the oven to 230°C with a thick-bottomed tray inside.

Sauté the silverbeet and garlic in olive oil until wilted. Season and set aside.

Spread pizza sauce over the bases. Top with mozzarella, pecorino, silverbeet, sausage, and seasoning.

Place the pizza on the hot tray and bake for 8-10 minutes. Repeat for the second pizza.

Serve sliced, topped with basil and chilli.
