BBQ Harissa & Honey Chicken Skewers with Chopped Charred Broccoli Salad

Perfect for the months ahead when cooking outdoors is at its best.

    Marinate the chicken with the harissa, honey, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper & 2 tbsp of olive oil.

    Thread onto the skewers and set aside on a tray

    Toss the broccoli with 2 tbsp of olive oil and a little seasoning. Set aside.

    Preheat the BBQ on a high heat and add the skewer rack and skewers, letting them cook for approx. 20 minutes, turning throughout to get a lovely char.

    Meanwhile add the broccoli to the grill and cook for approx. 8 minutes, turning throughout to char.

    Remove and chop the broccoli, adding it to a bowl with the grains, herbs, currants, almonds, lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil and seasoning to taste.

    Serve the skewers with the salad, aioli and lemon wedges.
