Miso Glazed Corn Ribs…. Worth the hype ! make them now with corn in season @myfruitologist

    Preheat an oven to 220C.

    Cut the corn in half to create two short lengths, then cut those halves into quarters, standing each piece up on its end.

    Lay the corn pieces out on a line baking tray and brush generously with the miso glaze.

    Roast for 20-25 minutes, until they become slightly caramelised and softened.

  5. 5

    Serve with Kewpie mayo, lemon to squeeze and sprinkle with Togorashi or chilli powder if desired.
