Paired with a crisp Rosé, these Margheritas are perfect for casual gatherings or easy entertaining.

Preheat the pizza oven according to the manufacturer's instructions.

For a conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan-forced).

Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza bases and top with mozzarella and heirloom tomato slices.

Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.

In a bowl, combine the grape tomatoes, pesto, and a little seasoning. Set aside.

For a pizza oven: Cook the pizzas for approximately 40 seconds, turning once and keeping a close eye on them.

For a conventional oven: Bake the pizzas for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
