Korean Beef Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries

These mouthwatering Korean Beef Burgers are perfect for burger night at home, packed with so much deliciousness and so easy to whip up with @woolworths_au Chuck & Brisket Burger Patties, part of their Home Burger Range.

    Preheat an oven to 220C. Toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, salt, pepper and roast for approx. 30-35 minutes, until golden.

    Season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Combine the mayonnaise and gochujang, set aside.

    Preheat a BBQ or large frying pan over a high heat, add the patties, gently pressing down as the cook. Cook for approx. 3 minutes each side, spoon the bulgogi sauce over the patties and turn to glaze then place the cheese slice on to melt over each patty. Rest these on a tray

    Toast the buns then spoon over the mayonnaise top the bases with lettuce and tomato then the burger patties. Top with the kimchi and pickles and serve with the sweet potato fries.
