    Brown the sausages in a pan then finish in an oven at 200c for 25 mins.

    Use the same frying pan to start your onions on a high heat then turn down and add a pinch of salt, when softened add the vinegar, soy and Worcestershire. When broken down and sticky turn off the heat and mix in the miso.

    Mix the mayo, mustard and honey.

  4. 4

    Toast the bread and spread with the mayo then load up the sausages, onions and cheese then melt the cheese under the grill.

    Smash the lot and be happy.
