Tortilla Frittata
This quick, easy high protein air fryer recipe may be one of my favourite things I’ve made recently

Pop the wrap into the air fryer, shove the rest on top and air fry for around 15 mins at 160-180.

Cook until the egg is cooked through to the middle otherwise it will be runny when you take it out.
Notes
You can add bacon or sausage to bump up the protein, but maybe slightly cook them first.
