Fish Finger Sandwich

For the sauce

Cut your cod into fish finger sized chunks.

Batter them by putting your egg, flour (add a bit of paprika in here) and breadcrumbs on different plates and dipping it, flour first, then egg and then wrap it in breadcrumbs.

Cook them in a frying pan with olive oil.

Make your sauce by adding all the ingredients above into a bowl and stirring.

Add your sauce to your bread, add a bit of salad of your choice and add your fish fingers to make your fish finger sandwich.
Notes
The mayo I used was lighter than light mayo and it’s barely any cals so try and find that if you’re watching your calories.
