    First of all get your garlic in the pan followed by your soy sauce and honey. Then add your curry powder here.

    Then add your coconut milk and stir to combine.

    Next add your peanut butter and stir again and season with salt and pepper and add a squeeze of lime.

    Now add your prawns and cook for around 4 mins until they turn pink.

  5. 5

    Whilst these are cooking, get your packet rice in the microwave and then serve up your dish once finished. I topped with coriander and a slice of lime.
