    Lay each tuna steak in the sesame seeds until well coated & set aside.

    Get a frying pan on a high heat and when searing hot, add in a splash of veg oil then fry each tuna steak for 1 min each side keeping it nice and rare, if that’s how you like it. Set them aside to rest.

    Shred all salad ingredients up nice and finely.

    Mix together all dressing ingredients, toss half of it with the salad and lay out on a platter.

    Slice up the tuna into thin strips and lay over the salad. Drizzle over remaining dressing and enjoy!
