Low-Carb Shrimp Pesto Pasta
This recipe is so easy to make, doesn't require a ton of ingredients, taste amazing and can be done in under 20 minutes!

Get a large skillet going over medium heat. Add in butter, minced garlic and shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Let cook for 2-3 min per side then remove from the pan.

Add in the spinach, season the same and give it a mix. Let it cook down mixing ever couple minutes . Once the spinach is cooked down, add in the tomatoes and let cook for a few minutes.

Next, add in the palmini angel hair and pesto. Mix till well combined then add the shrimp back in with a bit more pesto. Mix everything till well combined. Let cook over medium low heat mixing every few minutes until sauce thickens.

Plate it up, garnish & ENJOY!
