Buffalo Chicken Bombs
A delicious and easy-to-make recipe packed with flavor and low in carbs, using Palmini lasagna sheets.

Strain and rinse the Palmini lasagna, then pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Prep the buffalo chicken mixture by adding the chicken, cheese, cream cheese, green onions, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Spray muffin tin with avocado oil and add in 2 lasagna pieces forming a "+". Make sure to press them in but be careful not to break them. Fill each cup equally with the buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes.

Remove them from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Plate them up, add toppings & ENJOY!
