High-Protein Lemon Strawberry Pancakes

Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk then add in all of the wet ingredients. Whisk everything together till well combined. Be careful not to over mix. It's okay to have small clumps.

Get a large greased skillet going over medium-low heat. Once hot, ladle or pour on the batter to your desired size pancakes. Let cook until bubbles start to form on top and the edges are set, then flip. Let continue cooking until both sides are golden brown. Usually it takes about 2-3 minutes per side.

Plate them up and ENJOY!
Notes
Adjust the batter to your desired thickness by adding more or less milk. Thicker batter will result in more dense pancakes.
