Steak and Chimichurri Loaded Fries
This Argentine ribeye had great flavor and it was super tender plus the value was unbeatable. What a great price for a 100% Angus beef ribeye.

Season ribeye with SPG.

Grill the steak indirect of heat until it reaches 127F internal then sear it off.

Make fresh Chimichurri.

Fry the onions.

Assemble on a sheet pan: cooked fries, bite size steak, fried onions, provolone cheese. Put in the oven until the cheese melts.
