    Season 2 1/2lb patties with Thundering Longhorn.

    Grill the patty over direct heat on the @kamadojoe.

    Chop the patty up and combine it in a bowl with 1/2 lb chopped crispy bacon, 1 block of cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 diced sautéed onion.

    Mix thoroughly and stuff each jalapeño with the filling.

    Smoke at 325F for 30 mins using hickory wood.

    Put together dipping sauce: 1/2 cup Mayo, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp smoked paprika, sugar, 1 tbsp each: mustard and relish.
