Garlic Butter Steak Bites + Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

    Cube a well marbled ribeye then season with Thundering Longhorn steak rub.

    Boil 2lbs of Yukon gold potatoes until soft. Dice the potatoes then add 8 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup sour cream and 2 tbsp Potato Slayer seasoning.

    Make the gravy with @fireandsmokesociety new Big Sunday Brown Gravy Mix.

    Cook the steak bites over high heat in a skillet stirring every couple of minutes. Once browned on all sides, add 2 tbsp butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp fresh thyme, 1 tbsp fresh parsley then mix.

    Serve the bites on a bed of mashed potatoes then top with gravy!
