Garlic Butter Steak Bites

This is hands down my favorite easy meal to make!

    Cube two large russet potatoes, then soak in ice water to remove starch.

    Cube up a well marbled ribeye then seasoned with Garlic Butter Steak.

  3. 3

    Cook in a ripping hot cast-iron skillet and remove once it has a nice seer on all sides.

    Add the cubed potatoes and a diced onion then cook for about 10 minutes until soften.

    Add a stick of butter, 2 tablespoons each: rosemary, thyme, parsley.

    Add the steak back in and mix it up, then serve it!
