Brisket Fried Rice + Smoky Yum Yum Sauce

This is hands down my favorite way to use leftover brisket!

Ingredients

Directions

    Set the @lococookers SmartTemp griddle to 350F.

    Drizzle some sesame oil then cook a diced onion and 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots for 3-4 mins.

    Add 1-2 lbs of chopped leftover brisket then drizzle @trybachans on top. Mix together after 3-4 mins

  4. 4

    Add a stock of butter and 4 cups of day old rice then kix.

  5. 5

    Cook and mix in 3 large eggs, top with 1/2 cup green onions then mix.

  6. 6

    Serve once the eggs are cooked in
