BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sandwich

This is a great thing to get on your game day menu!

Ingredients

    Cube a well marbled chuck roast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.

    Insert the @meatermade MEATER Pro to watch the internal temp

    Remove from smoker once it reaches an internal temp of 170F

  4. 4

    Wrap in foil with beef broth and bbq sauce then put it back on the smoker for another 2-3 hours, until fall apart tender.

    Shred the beef once it reaches 205F internal then shred it up.

    Assemble on a bun with cheddar cheese and jalapeños then dice in!
