Creamy Broccoli Pasta
This broccoli pasta is a game day favorite for me. It’s easy to throw together, colorful, and people always love it. Dan-O’s Cheesoning Seasoning gives it that extra boost, and I think you’ll love it too!
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add about 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- 3
Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and mix. Pour in the white wine and cook for 3-5 minutes until the broccoli starts to soften.
- 4
Add the heavy cream, Dan-O’s Cheesoning, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and reduce the heat.
- 5
Once the pasta is al dente, add it to the skillet along with the remaining Parmesan cheese and about ¼ cup of the reserved pasta water. Stir everything together, keep cooking until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy, then add the basil and mix (add more pasta water gradually if the sauce is too thick).
- 6
Serve the pasta with chopped parsley, Dan-O’s Cheesoning, and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
