Airfryer XXL Fries

No description needed, they’re just big chips and you need to make them! So crispy and perfect with your favourite dipping sauce and salt.

    Boil peeled and cut potatoes until fork-tender (around 15-20 minutes).

    Drain, dry, and mash your potatoes. Once mashed, add your Cajun seasoning, some salt, pepper and cornflour.

    Flatten mixture on parchment paper, using a rolling pin and roll until 1cm thick.

    Cut into long strips (around 1cm) your mixture should make around 10-14 fries.

    Brush with rapeseed oil, then pop into the airfryer for 15-20 minutes until nice and crispy. Be sure to flip halfway.

    Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy. They are super crunchy.
