    Slice onion thinly and place in a bowl with cold water for about 30-45 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.

    Add half of the ghee on the hot griddle. Then place the meat on it and smash it right away with a spatula until thin.

    Add some yellow mustard, make sure to spread it, and sprinkle some caramelized onion seasoning.

    Once it's nice and crispy, flip the burger patties.

    Place one slice of cheese on each of them and let it melt. Once ready, stack the cheese patties on top of each other.

    Now add the rest of the ghee on the griddle. Place the buns and press on them with the spatula so they flatten.

    Flip the buns so both sides are toasted and get that golden crispy layer.

    Once ready, simply place the meat on the buns and EAT!
