Ingredients

    Slice the steaks about 1inch thick, cutting against the grain.

    Season with coarse salt trying to pat/rub it on.

  3. 3

    Form a C shape and insert on the skewer.

  4. 4

    Grill over direct heat until a nice char on the first side and then flip until the other side is charred.

  5. 5

    Move meat on the indirect heat side of the grill until the internal temp reaches 135.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with some more salt and slice directly from the skewer.
