    Cook bacon, set aside.

    Mix eggs, milk and seasoning and chives. Cook with some butter on low.

    Cut croissant in half, layer some butter and toast on the pan.

    Assemble the sandwich placing the avocado, scrambled eggs, American cheese and then the bacon.

    Grill the croissant on both sides and enjoy!


Notes

For a gluten free version you can substitute with a gluten free certified croissant (they are not round shape, though) or use gluten free certified bread.
