In a small bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt, set aside.

In a large mix together the sourdough discard & butter.

Add in the sugar & pumpkin pie spice.

Then mix in the vanilla, eggs & milk until smooth.

Add the flour mixture & mix until just combined.

The batter should be thick.

Cook on a hot skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides, serve immediately.

Makes 20- 2.5inch pancakes or 10- 5inch pancakes
