Apple Pie Filling

In a large pot add the apple, butter, agave, spices & water. Bring to a boil & cook for 3-5 minutes until the apples start to soften.

Add in the cornstarch/water mixture. Mix well & continue to cook for 3-5 minutes until the apple filling has thickened.
Notes
This recipe makes 3 cups of filling. If you want to use this for a pie, double the recipe.
