Mix the flour, sugar & salt together. Then add the butter & mix with your hands until the mixture resembles wet sand with big & small pieces of butter. Add in the sourdough discard & knead just until a dough form. Shape into a flat disc, wrap in parchment paper or plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least two hours before rolling out. For best results refrigerate over night.
Notes
This recipe makes 1 pie crust if your recipe needs a top & bottom crust double this recipe.
