Ham, Egg & Chips
Friday night worthy? Well it was when I was child. My dad used to make this for me. If you’re fancying something a little more sophisticated tonight, save this for lunch tomorrow or for over half term.

Unwrap 1 x 1kg unsmoked gammon. There’s no need to soak it first.

Loosely wrap the ham in foil, skin side down.

Place the foil parcel in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes at 180.

Turn the ham over in the foil parcel and cook for 20 minutes more at 180.

Open up the foil so the fat is exposed. Spread two tsp English mustard over the ham and 2 tsp honey.

Cook for 5 minutes more.

Slice and serve.

For oven method: Place a 1kg ham in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Roast at 160 fan for 80 minutes. Uncover 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time and spread with the honey and mustard.
