Fried Chicken Rice & Veg
A one pan chicken, rice & veg dish flavoured with soy, sweet chilli, garlic and Chinese Five Spice.

Cook the rice in stock in the same deep frying pan, or pre cook the rice & veg.

Combine the chicken, soy, garlic, chilli sauce, mirin, five spice & oils.

Heat a large deep frying pan or wok. Add the chicken & its marinade. Cook on high for 6 minutes if using breasts, 10-12 for thighs.

If you haven’t prepped the rice, you can make this now in the same pan adding the veg for the last 5 minutes.

Once the rice is cooked return the chicken & combine.

Finish with the spring onions.
