Super classic spring roll tartlet shell, 2 layers of spring roll brushed with some water in the middle and with some extravirgin olive oil on the outer surface, baked in the oven at 170C degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden.

Bake the spring roll tartlet shell in the oven at 170C degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden.

Make the mushroom duxelles with chopped roasted mushroom, butter, shallots, and white wine.

Make the mushroom cream with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, champignons mushrooms, soy sauce, water, and fresh cream.

Transfer the mushroom cream into a blender with a tip of xanthan gum and blend until super smooth.

Put a classic tuile on top together with some super tiny leaves.
