Reinventing sautéed mushrooms with edible tree tuile and autumn atmosphere in a single bite.

    Use the Tree Cylinder Tuile Mold from MoldBrothers Autumn collection.

    Scrape off excess batter from the first layer using the flat side of the scraper.

  3. 3

    Bake the first layer briefly.

  4. 4

    Scrape off the second layer of a different colored tuille batter using the other side of the disk.

  5. 5

    Fill the edible tree tuile with sautéed mushrooms and garlic cream.
