A super classic spaghetti dish with fresh herbs sauce and osetra caviar on top.

    Blend all the herbs together with 65g of ice or cold water, 30g of extravirgin olive oil, 40g of Parmigiano reggiano until smooth.

    Cook the spaghetti and transfer them into a bowl together with the sauce.

    Mix well until perfectly creamy and serve it with a tiny spoon of herbs oil, caviar on top, and edible flowers.
