15 minute apple & blackberry crumble
Something Autumnal for pudding, something really quick and really comforting that you can throw together whilst everyone else is doing the dishes!

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the Crumble ingredients to the pan, giving it a good stir.

Fry on a medium heat for 3 or 4 minutes, breaking up any clumps of topping with a wooden spoon, and continuously moving it around the pan so it doesn't burn.

When lightly toasted, pour the Crumble into a bowl and set aside.

Whilst the Crumble is cooking chop up the apple.

Place the Apple, blackberries, sugar and water into the pan. Simmer on a medium to high heat for 5-7 minutes. Stirring occasionally until the apple is just tender.

Cover the fruit in the crumble topping and serve.
