    Slice 1 cucumber in half (lengthways) and remove the seeds using a spoon

    Use a chopping board and add all ingredients, chop until well combined

    Season with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, to taste. Mix until combined

    Scoop the egg salad into the cucumber boats and enjoy!
