Banana Bread
The perfect grab and go snack or breakfast

Mix 2 large ripe bananas, mashed, 1 cup @yoproau high protein vanilla yoghurt, 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 0.333333 cup maple syrup in a large bowl.

Add 2 large eggs and mix until well combined.

Add 1.5 cups plain flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Spoon mixture into your prepared loaf pan. Top with chopped walnuts.

Bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes on 180 degrees celsius. You may need to cover with foil halfway if the bread is browning too quickly.

Once cooked, allow to cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely (or enjoy warm).

Eat as is or top with yoghurt and/or peanut butter.
