    Saute chopped red pepper and red onion in olive oil for 5 minutes

    Add in vegetarian chicken pieces and cook on medium heat for further 8-10 minutes, adding in fajita seasoning/ paste/ own seasonings once it looks cooked and mix well

    Meanwhile, chop up your other toppings such as tomato, lettuce, spring onion and avocado

    Place wrap in bowl and microwave to warm/ loosen it up for about 10-15 seconds

    Assemble your bowl, adding lettuce, fajita mix and other toppings inside & enjoy
