    Saute onion in some oil for about 5 minutes

    Add garlic, chilli and tomatoes

    Cook on medium-low heat until the tomatoes are jammy / soft

    Add chopped basil

    Add prawns cooked separately (coated in peri seasoning or anything you have and fried for about 3-4 minutes)

    Add tomato paste, a dash of cream and pasta water

  7. 7

    Season to taste with salt and chilli flakes

  8. 8

    Add linguine and mix

  9. 9

    Mix in more freshly chopped basil

  10. 10

    Serve with an optional sprinkle of cheese and garlic bread
