Marry Me Chicken and Chorizo Orzo

An easy delicious dinner recipe to keep you going during these rainy nights. I love making different versions of this gorgeous sauce because it is seriously addictive.

    Season the chicken with 1/2 tsp garlic granules, smoked paprika and oregano. Set to one side.

    Meanwhile, fry off the chorizo until crispy then remove from the pan.

    Add the garlic and chicken to the pan frying for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Pop the orzo on to boil.

    Once the chicken has cooked, add the sun-dried tomatoes and chilli if using. Fry for a further minute before adding the stock. Leave to reduce.

    Drain the orzo then add to the pan, mix before adding the spinach and cream. Return to heat for a couple of minutes whilst the spinach wilts slightly.
