French Dip Double Cheeseburgers
Double smashed cheeseburgers with melty cheese, a gorgeous garlic and thyme onion beef jus, all put together in a toasted brioche bun with garlic mayo.
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Add the butter in a saucepan. Leave to melt before adding the onion. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until softened.
- 2
Whilst the onion cooks, make the burger patties. Season the beef mince with garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper. Roll into 4 equal balls and set to one side.
- 3
Once the onion has softened, add in the garlic, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Turn to medium high heat to reduce.
- 4
Add the meat balls to a frying pan. Using a spatula or burger press, flatten into patties. Fry for a couple of minutes on one side before flipping and adding the cheese slices. Cook until the cheese has melted.
- 5
Toast the brioche buns. Add the garlic mayo, top with both of the burger patties and the onion mix.
