Chilli Beef Garlic Butter Folded Wrap
WOWW the best use of leftovers yet. Chilli beef folded in a wrap with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheese, a chive sauce and then brushed with garlic butter for an absolute banging quick and easy dinner

Make up the chive sauce and set to one side.

Slice the wrap half way down the center. In one quadrant, add the cheese, then the chilli beef, the tortilla chips, followed by the chive sauce.

Fold carefully before transferring to a pan. Keep on one side for a minute and half before flipping for a further minute and half.

Whilst the wrap cooks, in a bowl melt the butter and chopped garlic in a microwave. Stir to combine and add the chopped parsley.

Serve brushing over the garlic butter with any leftover chive sauce.
