Steak with Gochujang Butter

    Sear up your steaks how you like.

    Boil your potatoes in loooooads of sea salt that will coat them nicely when you take them out!! Add some garlic cloves and a bay leaf for flavor.

    For the gochujang butter, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Season to a perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, umami and saltiness.

    Add your cooked potatoes directly in and finish with a fresh squeeze of lime!!

    Slice up your steaks, finish with olive oil and a nice pinch of Celtic grey sea salt or sel de Guérande.

    Plate up with your beautiful potatoes coated in the butter next to your lovely (hopefully medium rare???) steak.
