    Prep your veg! Getting it all sliced up.

    Throw it in a food processor! Blend it down until it’s fine.

    Sweat all the veg in butter until aromatic and cooked.

    Take out of the pan and crank the heat.

    Sear all the beef and deglaze with red wine.

  6. 6

    Add gochujang, garlic, all the meat, veg and the rest of the ingredients in.

    Bring it up to the simmer.

    Cook in a low oven, 250-275 for 6-8 hours until beautiful and delicious and allll the things you want in a bolognese.
