    Sweat a shallot in some olive oil in a pot and add some thyme, water, your beans and cook until tender.

    Make your “aioli” by combining grated garlic and ginger, Meyer lemon zest and some salt with your mayonnaise.

    Sear your chicken in a pan and then baste when it’s 85% cooked in foamy butter.

    Add any type of aromats: garlic, thyme, bay leaf, shallot, rosemary etc. Set aside until plating.

    To plate, ladle your creamy beans down, top with you chicken and a healthy dollop of your “aioli”. Finish with a generous blanket of Parmesan!
