Pear and Blackberry Crumble
Pears are delicious right now and British blackberries are still in season. Another olive oil crumble topping in this one which I find makes for the perfect crumble texture. A golden crisp topping and that slightly fudgy layer before you hit the fruit.

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees.

Peel and core the pears and chop into roughly inch sized pieces. Add to a large bowl with the blackberries.

Add the spices, flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla and toss to combine.

In a separate bowl combine the crumble topping ingredients.

Pour fruit into a large oven proof dish and top with the crumble topping pressing down slightly.

Bake for 40 mins to an hour.
