Baked Figs With Orange & Honey

    Preheat oven to 180°C Fan. Crisscross the figs with a knife about two-thirds of the way down & place them onto a small baking tray. Add the zest & juice of the orange. Drizzle over the honey.

    Roast for 15 minutes, then allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes for the juices to thicken.

    Serve with Greek yoghurt & a spoonful of the figgy syrup.
