Line a 20cm cake tin with parchment paper.

Fill the bottom of the tray with flaked almonds.

Blend the rest of the ingredients (except the blueberries) together and fill the tin with the cheesecake mix.

Place the blueberries on top of the cheesecake and bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Once baked, turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake inside for another 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar/erythritol.
